Use this Golden Cancer-Preventing Paste

Black pepper: The active cancer-preventing element that is present in turmeric is called curcumin. But curcumin is not easily absorbed in the body. Another active constituent called piperine that is found in black pepper can increase the rate of absorption of curcumin by the body to about 20 times.
Olive oil: Adding good fats to this mixture is another way of increasing the absorption of turmeric in the human body. Choose healthy oils such as virgin coconut oil or virgin olive oil.
